At Mahsa Fitness Pro Inc. we aim to provide high-quality personal training and fitness services.
Non-Refundable Services
- One-on-One Personal Training Services: All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling and cancellation policies (including our 24-hour notice requirement) are outlined in our Terms and Conditions and individual client service contracts.
- Personalized Workout Plans & Nutrition Coaching: Non-refundable once purchased due to the custom nature and individual programming of these services.
- Online Courses and Digital Products: Access to digital products, PDF resources, and guides is non-refundable after purchase.
Installment Payments
Clients who choose an installment payment plan must complete the full commitment as agreed upon at purchase. No cancellations or refunds for partially completed payment plans.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, you agree that you will not file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for any completed services, custom programming, or digital items delivered. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute in violation of this policy, you agree to pay all administrative dispute fees charged by the payment processor (typically $15–$25), and your access to all coaching plans, platforms, and services will be terminated immediately.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Mahsa Fitness Pro Inc.. If a refund is granted, the client will be responsible for any non-refundable processing fees charged by Stripe, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. While our programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, success is influenced by your personal commitment, health, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee specific results, and no refunds will be provided based on the outcome.
